My sales rep was Tracy Ross of savannah Georgia Dan vaden Cadillac and Chevrolet. He was awesome! From the moment I walked in he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I wasn't sure if be could get me what I wanted but he assured me from he beginning that he would help me. Within an hour he was already working a deal to get me in the car I wanted and within 2 hours I was filling out paperwork for my dream car with a great deal! He was never pushy and I walked away feeling like I got a deal as opposed to cheated. That's the mark of a great salesman. Went shopping for a slightly used truck (2011-'12) and ended up buying a new 2013. Joey Rolon was very helpful in answering all questions and was especially knowledgeable about the Silverado, which was the vehicle we were interested in. He convinced us that purchasing a new Silverado was in our best interest due to the great incentives Chevrolet was offering and made sure we were comfortable with the decision. We were also very pleased with the Coastal Chevrolet team and look forward to a long relationship, as we purchased the maintenance package as well! We will refer all our friends to Coastal Chevrolet!

I made my appointment with no problem, I was seen on time, I was shuttled to and from work on time, my problem was fixed, everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was clean, and I consider that a 5-star experience.

Came in for a recall on my XTS and added an oil change at the last minute. Since I have no other transportation I had to sit and wait for the service. Jay Bragg handled the entire thing without a problem and got me out in much less time than I expected. Excellent!!!

I drove in the Service Center for a safety recall notice. The issue and another safety notification was resolved in a little less than 90 minutes. I had expected to be given an appointment to return at a later date. Both issues were resolved on the one trip. I was pretty impressed by that fact.
