Kudos to the service staff! They are very courteous and accommodating in scheduling/availability of appointments to meet my schedule. The staff shuttled me back and forth from the dealership to my office at my request, rather than making me wait in the lobby several hours due to the heavy volume of work they had taken in that day. Could not ask for better service! I would like to add, that I have had this same experience for well over 1 1/2 years with Vaden. Thanks guys!

This is by far the best experience that i have had at a dealership. No pressure to buy, no loud music in the background, easy to communicate with people in all departments that we worked with. I look forward to working with my salesman Carl Seale in the near future. The wife and I bought our first Cadillac this week....it was for my wife. I plan on visiting with Carl in the near future to purchase "MY" Cadillac....!! A CTS Coupe....(if only it came with a convertible top...!!!!) Carl is one of the best ....very knowledgeable, informative, and willing to work with his customers. All-in-all a very pleasurable experience.
